No more clogged tear ducts

Having Mom's birthday breakfast

Three generations

Ella had her surgery Friday and it went great! We had to be at the surgery center at 6:15 and we got there just in time thanks to the monsoon that came through Thursday night. They took her back around 7:15 and by 7:40 they came to get us. She was very unhappy when we got to her in recovery. She was so groggy and confused, bless her little heart. She didn't really want to open her eyes but when she did we could immediately tell a difference. They look so much better and she feels better because we aren't constantly wiping her eyes and they aren't irriated. Dr. Terry said that the procedure went fine. He said her left was much worse than the right and he had to probe her left tearduct twice. He said it still isn't completely open but hopefully it will open up by itself. Sometimes if it won't they have to go in and put a stint in. He felt like that probably wouldn't be Ella's case but said that was a possibility! I pray not! We are so thankful that everything went fine. I know it wasn't major, but to us it was! Here are some pictures of Ella from the weekend!

Trip to the Cabin

Saturday in Pickens County was so beautiful! We decided to go out to the cabin with Pops and ride the golf cart and just enjoy the day. I have a feeling Ella will have many memories at the cabin!

Trip to Aliceville

Pops loves me!

Ella went and stayed in Aliceville while Gigi was on Spring Break. It was so quiet around here and I was so lonely! I think Gigi was a little worn out by the end of the week! Cameron enjoyed her being up there but I was very lonely! However, I did do things I have been needing to do since August 6th! My house is now spotless and all closets are cleaned out! Here are a few pics from her stay!

7 Months Old!

Just finished eating some supper
I love my jumpy jump

Hey Mom, I want to get up there with you

This is Ella's "I am the cutest ever so give
me what I want" face

Climbing on Daddy is so fun

Ella is such a fun baby! She hardly ever cries, she sleeps all night, she smiles constantly, and she is the sweetest baby ever! Cameron and I are truly blessed to have such a precious gift from God. She has become quite the mommy's girl lately. When we get home in the afternoon she will not let me out of her sight! At first it was cute, now it's not so much.... Now that she is crawling, she follows me around like a little puppy....I like to call her Shadow... She is the happiest when she wakes up in the morning. I usually hear her rooting around in her bed around 5:30ish. It is still dark in the room and when I turn the light on by the bed, she is always looking my way peeking through the rails of her little crib. It's the cutest thing! Speaking of little cribs, it is almost time to move her to her big bed! She isn't going to fit in her little bed much longer. It is 36 inches long and she was 28 1/2 inches long 2 weeks ago. I am not happy that her bedroom is upstairs and ours is downstairs. I think we will probably move her up there when the weather warms up. Our guestroom is up there so we will probably spend nights up there with her!
