Easter in Atlanta

Every Easter weekend is spent in Atlanta playing volleyball. It has been that way since Cameron and I have been together. We decided to make it a fun weekend with the family... Since Sam is doing his residency in Atlanta, James, Holly, Jeje, and Sassy came over and we had a fun time while Cameron was stuck in a gym coaching.... It just happened to be my birthday weekend.... It was a great start to year 32 for sure...

Easter Pictures

A friend of mine that I taught with has a great photography business... She offers mini sessions... She does great work... She took Emory's newborn pictures... She is so talented... Look her up.... MLM Photography. Here are a few snaps from the Easter session... The girls, especially Emory, weren't impressed with the baby chicken... Regardless, they still turned out beautiful.

My Girls

I never have any pictures of both girls and me... Especially when all three of us are looking and all look happy... We went out to lunch on Sunday and Daddy snapped this picture... I've never thought they looked alike... Until I saw this picture... I love my girls... They my heart so full...

Treasures

This afternoon I came home to my girls... It's been a rough week and I'm exhausted... I sat on the back porch and watched my kids play... I didn't care that they were playing and getting filthy in the dirt... Ella told me they were looking for treasures....

My Little Loves

There's nothing I love more than being silly with my girls.... Their love for each other makes my heart smile.... Of course they argue and fuss from time to time but all in all, these two are the best of friends. When I found out Emory was a girl, I was so excited that Ella would have a best friend.... I can hardly remember what life was like before we were a family of four....

Emmecat Turns Two

Well, my baby love has turned two... It's so hard for me to believe! It seems like we just found out the big surprise! Ella was going to be a big sister, and we were shocked but full of joy... after an easy pregnancy and delivery, Emory entered this world kicking and screaming! She hasn't stopped yet! Emory is a little character... She is so full of personality. Emory's motto is, "My way or no way!" She has started talking and I know that things will never be the same. Emory seems so grownie for 2... She is bossy and fusses at anyone not doing what she would like them to do...
She has really started talking.... Her favorite word is,"No!"Her second favorite word is,"Yah!" I never thought our family was "incomplete" before Emory, but it's amazing how Em made us feel so complete...
I love having my two girls... They play together, adore each other, and make my heart so full.
