Summer Vacay 2013

The week at the beach couldn't have been more perfect. I definitely have a new favorite beach. If you've never been along 30-A, you should. It's absolutely beautiful! Crystal clear water and beautiful beaches...We went to the Gulfarium on the way over.... Last time I was there, I was pregnant with Emory and it was Ella's 2nd birthday.... It was hot....miserable hot....and this time, it was still hot....

When we arrived in Seagrove, Ella was beyond excited abut the bunk beds in "her room."

Ella is swimming like a fish.... She loves the water.... Emory, however, hasn't decided yet.... She had fun throwing sand on the beach and playing in the pool!!!

We spent a lot of time on the beach and at the pool. I'm so thankful for my little family. I am so incredibly blessed.... I love making memories...

Seagrove

We are having a fabulous time at the beach.... Instead of going to Destin or Gulf Shores this year, we decided to do something different... We found a cute little village southeast of Destin on beautiful 30-A... We will be back... I love it here!

School Uniforms

Ella is almost a Kindergartener.... This makes me so sad... A few days ago, I went by my favorite consignment shop and picked up a few items for her school wardrobe... I am excited about not fussing with her about wearing tacky clothes.... She prefers to wear skirts and tank tops... In her mind, it's the tackier, the better... She will be going with me to E.R. Dickson. This makes it a little easier... She will right up the stairs from me... How stinking cute is she?

River Life

We recently bought a new boat... We've had a pontoon boat for a few years, but decided it was time to upsize..

I love this boat... It's perfect for the family... Safe for the girls.... You can fish with it... It's just fun! We spend a lot of time in Dog River... putting around...Eventually, we hope to live on the water... 

Summer

One of my goals for this summer was to blog more.. I haven't met that one yet... Our summer has been fabulous so far... I've done a lot of organizing, monogramming, playing with girls, taking our boat out, and a little redecorating. I get crazy ideas in my head and they don't go away.... My kitchen is having a little makeover... I am super excited! 

After we take a trip to the beach, I am going to paint our ugly cabinets..... I've researched and found that this is the way to go.... We shall see! 

This is the best part of taking the boat out...

Emory loves being outside.... She wants to go out even when it's 8,000 degrees outside.... Ella does too, but not like Emmecat..
